Pulse
Outward sends on a named schedule
Pulse work is how GrowReachWin handles outward communication. Every pulse has a name, an owner on the client side, a send window in Singapore time, and an archive copy stored on the rail.
Drafting begins from locked architecture. We do not open new messaging angles during pulse production unless a change note is signed. That rule prevents midnight rewrites that contradict what legal already approved.
Channels are declared up front: media email, owned social, partner portal, or customer SMS where permitted. Each channel may need length variants. We produce a master paragraph and derive cuts rather than maintaining separate narratives.
Rollback language is included when facts may change—product availability, regulatory filings, event timings. The rollback line is written before send, not improvised during a crisis.
Pulse sequences group related sends: announcement, reminder, correction if needed, close. Sequences share one architecture document. Individual pulses reference section numbers so editors can trace claims.
We time pulses for Singapore business hours unless briefs specify regional follow-the-sun patterns. APAC coordination adds handover notes for teams in Hong Kong, Sydney, or Tokyo who pick up monitoring after 18:00 SGT.
Measurement is the client's responsibility unless separately scoped. We describe suggested metrics—open rates, pickup counts, inbound call themes—but do not guarantee numbers. Our deliverable is accurate language sent on schedule.
Below: copper beam from a recent storyboard session, and a dot index of pulse components.
Owner
Named client approver with deputy.
Window
Send time in SGT with tolerance band.
Master
Single source paragraph for all channels.
Archive
PDF and plain-text copy on the rail.
Emergency pulses compress production to hours. Even then, architecture must exist—even a half-page crisis architecture beats none. We keep a blank crisis template in the studio for retainer clients.
When pulses involve quoted executives, we draft quotes only from approved bullet points or prior on-record statements. We do not invent enthusiasm or financial projections.

Send on time. Log every line.
